Free Shipping

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum required. This applies to both in-stock and pre-order items.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Pre-order items: If your order contains a pre-order item, the processing time will depend on the estimated availability date of the product. Pre-order items will ship once they are in stock, and you will receive a notification when your order is ready to ship. This usually takes 4-6 weeks standard.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Free delivery in 5-7 business days for domestic orders. (Delivery time may vary for international orders).
  • Expedited Shipping: If you'd like your items faster, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for a fee (note: free shipping doesn’t apply to expedited shipping options).

Preorder Items

  • What is a preorder?: A preorder item is a product that is available for purchase before it officially arrives in stock. By purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing your order in advance.
  • Estimated Shipping Date: The estimated ship date for pre-order items is provided on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate, and while we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur.
  • Preorder Shipments: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and the pre-order items as soon as they are available. Alternatively, you can choose to wait for your entire order to ship together.
  • Preorder Cancellations: Preorders can be canceled up to 24 hours after the order is placed. After this period, cancellations are not possible.

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping for all orders. Delivery times and shipping rates may vary based on your location. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can track your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible, shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak shopping seasons like holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost packages once they are in transit.
